We created Digital Agent Specialist because we saw a gap in the marketing industry. Most advertising agencies spread themselves across all kinds of industries like retail and restaurants. But few marketers are able to understand the unique marketing needs of real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and title representatives, much less deliver compliant Fair Housing and NAR-appropriate advertising.
Instead of marketing sweaters or ice cream, we help real estate professionals attract and retain clients who are dealing with the largest purchase of their lives. We understand how to generate leads, create engaging client messaging, and drum up referrals.
About the Owner
Hi, I’m Cassidy Trowbridge, owner of Digital Agent Specialist.
I started my career in real estate marketing in 2018, working for a top-performing real estate team. I learned hands-on the reality of running a successful marketing department for a team with eight agents. I developed and managed print and digital marketing efforts and oversaw the social media and paid advertising for the team.
After, I became the Digital Marketing Specialist for a top local Arizona title company. There, I worked as the main digital marketing strategist for the company, as well as their real estate and lender marketing consultant. I worked with real estate teams that produced over $150M in volume, helping them create and execute on digital marketing efforts and social media campaigns.
I also helped the Title Representatives and Business Development Managers market themselves to potential clients (lenders and agents), helping them create a distinct personal brand while adhering to brand guidelines.
I have the utmost respect for real estate agents (my mom is one!) and I bring a level of integrity and honesty unmatched to each client. I would be honored to work with you.
